Apex Boxing and Fitness

Experiencia fantástica: I just signed my daughter up for youth boxing classes here. We went to the gym for the first time today to check it out and meet the staff. The gym was super clean and the staff were all so welcoming and so friendly! My daughter is super excited to begin her classes!

Experiencia fantástica: This is the cleanest gym I have ever been a member of. I am so happy with the staff and the equipment. It's a small gym and I don't have to worry about random men talking to me or giving me unsolicited "advice on my form..." I love it!

Experiencia fantástica: Nice little neighborhood gym. Clean facility and friendly staff. We only go for self-guided weight training, but the classes seem to be well run. Just the thing we were looking for.

Experiencia fantástica: I LOVE This Gym! I haven't worked out in forever and recently found Apex. Classes start early enough so I can work out and then head to work in plenty of time. They also have boxing classes for my daughter after school, and she loves it as much as I do. Trainers and the owner Lisa are all awesome , I highly recommend Apex!
