Experiencia negativa: not the same place it was three years ago machines broken down since oct and nov of 2023 mens sauna out of commission for months but they could spend over a $100000.00 on a parking lot and when asked about the repair forcast what you get is there waiting for parts (please) very disappointed

Experiencia fantástica: Remarkable, well- thought -out and well- run, with helpful staff, terrific equipment, wonderful pools for aqua classes, swimming , relaxing & therapy plus a walking track and large gymnasium..the latter is in constant use for a variety of reasons,.. pickle ball, fun classes no matter what your need may be...Instructors are excellent and the fun and results keep you coming back. We joined before it opened and have become more impressed with their commitment to excellence During the pandemic they spent a considerable amount to upgrade the air and filtering systems, and have antiseptic spray bottles and wipes readily available at each workout machine. ...Absolutely excellent There are also areas for guided physical therapy & a pharmacy, plus a very helpful staff. A huge plus for inclement or cold weather is underground parking that allows you to take an elevator to enter and leave the check in area.. Especially appreciated after Aqua Intervals classes during the winter. The very best part, besides gaining a healthier you, are the terrific instructors who make it fun, keep you engaged, and coming back.
