Experiencia fantástica: Okay, I’m about to get into this. I have basically never done yoga in my 23 years of living, but through these classes I have fallen in love. My quality of life has improved drastically since my first class. I’ve never been athletic but I have always been competitive - I feel like this is perfect for me because I’m challenged by the classes but they never make you feel like you’re failing if you can’t achieve something. I am bad about getting myself up and out of the house, but after my first class, I just wanted to keep coming back. I love that they encourage you to be gentle and kind to yourself. I’ve only been to three different instructors (Michelle, Meredith, and Sherri) but I’ve adored each one in their own ways. I find myself not wanting the classes to end. I can’t recommend this studio enough, and I can’t thank them enough for creating the space that they have. ???? not to mention, $10 a class is very affordable!

Experiencia fantástica: I have tried the Flow, Hot Yoga, and Beginners Yoga so far. I have had 3 different instructors and they are all awesome! The studio is very clean and the temperature is just right. They make you feel comfortable and I enjoy learning different moves with each person. The teachers are very welcoming to first-time visitors, and each session makes me enthusiastic about the next one.
