"If you come in with an empty cup and the thirst for knowledge, its going to get filled" highly recommend if you are or ever have been interested/involved in combat sports. Great for getting/staying in shape instilling self-discipline, and inspiring not only drive but confidence as well.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to this gym for only about a year but it has been a truly amazing experience. Every time I go there I can expect to learn something new, get some good exercise, meet new people, and most importantly have fun. All the coaches and students alike are very supportive and encouraging but at the same time strict and expect nothing but the best from everyone of their students. I would highly recommend attending this gym and encourage everyone to try it out.
