Experiencia fantástica: I have been a member of the YMCA for almost two weeks and earlier yesterday Rose decided to allow herself to become my personal trainer. She may not be able to help me all the time due to being head of other personal trainers and class instructors there. She did such an amazing job with me on the first day but I will have to remember what she told me so when she can't train me. There are other options that can help as well. I also enjoy the classes I have taken, especially water aerobics. I look forward to many more times at the Y and love everything about it.
