CrossFit^® U-Town

Experiencia fantástica: The community of this gym is incredible. From the moment I stepped foot in CF U-Town my fellow classmates were cheering me on and genuinely conversing with me. Jayson is the owner and he could not be a better person. He and his colleagues were very knowledgable, encouraging, and professional. If I am ever back in the area I will definitely be going back to CF U-Town.

Experiencia fantástica: Went to this Crossfit with a bunch of friends who all Crossfit. We were visiting a spa from out of town. We could not of had a better experience!!! The owner and coaching staff were amazing with their time. The owner of the gym accommodated our group by scheduling a special class just for us. He wrote a WOD that was challenging and fun for a Saturday afternoon for a bunch of women on a weekend getaway. Their community came out and cheered us on!!! It was really a great morning. They did all of this while one of their own was fighting the fight of her life, cancer...we are grateful for the morning we spent at Crossfit U, we will never forget the generosity of the community and the spirit of the group we worked with.

Experiencia fantástica: I'm very new to this gym but I'm having a great time. I'm always very anxious going somewhere new and not knowing anyone. I was tired of waiting for a workout partner. I was invited to come via fb messenger for a trial workout and I have now commited myself! Everyone who I have met has been super nice and welcoming. If you are looking for a gym that will guide you, help you with your goals then come check it out. Find them on Facebook at Crossfit-u. They have a Thursday bootcamp class that is open to everyone for $10. I highly recommend it. This is not a gym that you will walk into and feel lost. This is not a gym where people just stare and you feel judged. I too, know that feeling. Come check it out!
