They also have some pricing options that may fit better than the initial deal I was doing a trial for. Communicative and flexible.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m early in my journey with Hitch Fit, but have already seen results. Eric is patient but firm, the exact blend I need in a trainer. The models and images make you think only fit people can go here, but that’s not the case. The gym is a private experience with you and your trainer. Others may be working out with their trainers, but the gym has separate areas that allows for distancing (and there is a strict capacity limit). Fitness is more than working out, so your trainer also supplies meal planning advice. The focus is on your Heath goals (fitness, losing weight, improving physique, etc) and is not a one-size fits all expectation that you see from corporate gyms. I love that Hitch Fit is a local business, has staff that care and are polite, and that it’s not an up-sell environment. Here’s to hopes for continued success!!

It’s not just a “vanity” play or “exercising” alone, this is about helping you make the LIFESTYLE CHOICES (that include diet and exercise)that will affect EVERYTHING you do in life, along inspiring those around you in the most positive way imaginable!!!
