Experiencia fantástica: The whole team is supportive, professional, and kind. I definitely enjoy going to the classes to get my daily fitness in for the day. I do not like to go to the gym because I get bored and never know what to do there. Here at CKO, it is an instructor led class, which allows you to go at your own pace. I love it!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Charlie is easily one of the best trainers I have had. He took time to listen to my requirements and asked questions before designing a program that worked for me. During the program, he communicated clearly the purpose behind each and every exercise. He also kept a log of every workout during the session. As a client, I was able to see measurable progress towards my goal every week. He also emphasized on form and basics which will continue to help me going forward. I would highly recommend Coach Charlie to anyone looking for a results based PT session/program.

Not to mention the highly skilled and knowledgeable instructors. They always go far and beyond to ensure you're happy, and reach your fitness goals. I have trained with Charlie for years and I cannot get enough, he is an exceptional coach, he will get you to your goals, if not beyond! He's energetic, charismatic , super friendly, knowledgeable, and the motivation he radiates is amazing! Charlie got me in the best shape ever for my wedding. His workouts are challenging but you will feel stronger both physically and mentally after every session. I definitely recommend taking his classes and his PT sessions.
