Experiencia fantástica: Great fitness center. Very helpful, friendly staff. Facility is very clean. Equipment is well maintained. The hydro massage chairs are great. I highly recommend this facility.

Experiencia positiva: What I love the most about Crunch is that it really is a judgement free zone. All levels of memberships are awesome but especially the ones with the classes and hydro massage. There are so many machines that it is very easy for you to get a good workout in. Also I love that the employees are very helpful and polite. They will answer your questions honestly and directly.

Experiencia positiva: Pros: Cheap. Cancel anytime. A lot of equipment, too bad everyone and their grandma is on it. Sauna, bathrooms, and lockers are nice. Actually, all the extra perks (day care, classes, hydro chair.) make this a better experience. Cons: Water is hot. AC is hot. Too many people except on weekends. I am not sure how the app works regarding how many people are in the gym or not but it is never accurate. Probably because the app itself does not register when people are actually leaving. It is always packed. Constantly feel like i'm in someones way or they are about to run me over... Equipment is pretty beat up, even broken at times. Staff is okay, people are rude.
