Experiencia fantástica: I just participated in the 6 week warrior challenge here at Total MMA Studios and it was great! The front desk staff, instructors, and fellow students were very kind and helpful. I wanted to start getting in shape but it didn’t feel the same as working out at a regular gym - for the first time in a while I actually enjoyed “working out” while taking their jiu jitsu class. Would highly recommend participating to find a new hobby/passion!

Experiencia fantástica: Fun skill to learn! Classes are offered at different times and are very beginner friendly. Coaches are very helpful and help you with form. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend people try it!

My mind feels sharp, my body looks sharp and my confidence certainly was raised throughout my training. Intense training, fun learning and a great environment to thrive. Great coaches. Great staff.
