The Ark Fit

Experiencia fantástica: This will be my 4th week going to The Ark Fit. I use to go to the gym by my house before my car accident and I didn't feel good after my "workout ", I always felt unsatisfied. I didn't have anyone to talk to about what I was trying to accomplish, so I went to just go but definitely wasn't happy. After the car accident I was a bit depressed because I gained weight and I had no motivation, about a month ago I saw a post from The Ark Fit on Instagram and I scrolled their posts, everyone had same comments, they felt great, they were happy, they felt supported. So I decided to check it out and from the very first day I was greeted with a smile, I spoke to Stephanie about my concerns, pain still from my accident and she was understanding and checked on me during class, each time I go the trainers check on me, ask how I'm doing and it truly means everything to me, they listen, they answer questions, everyone I've talked to that goes there says the same thing, they love going there. It's not easy but I feel great every time I leave, no regrets. Can't wait to see how I feel 6 months from now. Thank you to The Ark Fit and their amazing team!

Experiencia fantástica: Ark Fit has been everything that I expected and more. The trainers are very knowledgeable and friendly. But make no mistake..they will give you that extra push when you need it! The formats change keeping the workouts fresh. Trainers are up and around coaching you up on technique and form when needed. I absolutely recommend this gym to everyone!

Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommend this place. The instructors are all wonderful, they push you to your limits. Each day is a different workout so you’re never working the same muscles multiple days in a row.

Experiencia fantástica: I just stared going to The Ark fit for a four week challenge, so far I am happy with the place. The team and members are very friendly and helpful, they are alway helping with the form and the trainers help motivate you and push you a little hard. I will definitely stay after the challenge I am glad I found this place.

Experiencia fantástica: I started at The Ark Fit about 6 months ago and it has been the greatest experience! Since day one the environment has been very friendly and welcoming. The coaches are AMAZING and always encourage me to push harder even when I think I cannot. I feel amazing after every workout… and of course stronger and healthier as well! They offer a good range of classes throughout the day that fit well with my busy work schedule. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to start or continue a fitness journey.
