Experiencia fantástica: Got stuck in Tupelo for a few days on bad weather…this place is way better than any hotel gym. Staff was super helpful, hooked me up with some tasty preworkout and protein when I was done. The gym has everything one could need and then some. If you’re just passing through definitely hit them up. If you live here I doubt there’s anywhere better.

Experiencia positiva: Great gym with lots of equipment! There are also stuff for cross training. cleaning spray everywhere so that's good too The owner is awesome and a cool guy too. Now the con: members do not put the equipment back where they took it. There are random weights, belts, plates etc. all over the gym. I dunno why these people do not have stewardship of this gym, it seems like they have a sense of community so it's just a little annoying that members get away with doing it. Other than that, great place to work out. But please, return the equipment to where you took it!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I've been at this gym since it opened close to 7 years ago and am happy to call this gym my home gym and by far the best gym around! Everyone here is friendly, caring, and all around good people! The owners are some of the best people I've ever met and are the definition of how to run an inviting and successful business daily. The equipment is top of the line and always clean and sanitized! I'm thankful for such an amazing gym and to be around such a great group of people Daily!
