Experiencia fantástica: Three of my colleagues and I dropped in here a couple of days while in town for work. Super easy to drop in and everyone was incredibly welcoming to us. The gym is huge with tons plenty of available space and equipment. The programming was great and coach Nate was tremendous. He spent time with everyone on form/technique and gave tips. I’ll definitely come back to this box next time I’m in Tulsa and would recommend it highly to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love the coaches here. They genuinely care about making sure your form is correct and motivating you to keep at it during a workout but safely. If you're new to CF and are nervous or have been out of it for a while like me this box will welcome you in including everyone around you.

Experiencia fantástica: This is the best gym in Tulsa. The coaches are very well trained and always gives great pointers during the WOD. The are very creative with warm-ups and workouts. I really enjoy the variety of the workouts!

Experiencia fantástica: This is the best CrossFit gym in Tulsa. The coaches are amazing, and really do care about their members. They always take the time to make sure everyone is safe and performing movements correctly. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years, and I’m 42 years old. I’m in better shape now than I was in my 20’s! Try it out and you will be happy you did!
