Experiencia positiva: Love this place, have been members for the last 6 years. We've never any complaints except this time & this early in the season. I get it that they had to raise the prices on everything, but when it comes to the "Snack Shack" they should have at least tried to train the staff on a number of things after the prices were raised substantially: 1) customer service- which includes a mere thank you or even a hello, 2) knowledge of what they actually sell, instead of just grabbing something that just looks like what a customer ordered 3) cleningness, received our food on a ketchup crusted blue tray. 4) napkins, apparently the kid behind the counter thought that for a family of 5 , 3 napkins were enough, so when my wife asked for more his reply was " I already gave you some" and huffed as he handed over more napkins. Like i said in the beginning, we love this place, but we really hope you guys can fix these issues.
