Experiencia fantástica: I love this unique gym. It's more of a community of people getting healthy physically and spiritually than just a "typical gym." Being apart of the workout classes help me to be a better version of myself. So glad they are open again after the pandemic. The trainers truly care about each individual and it shows in the culture of the groups. Programming is on point. Thanks TF!

Experiencia fantástica: Group workouts are challenging and fun. Christ centered genuine concern and love for all is tangible and central. Trainers are keen to impart proper technique and to assist each "warrior" to improve their form and strength. All ages, men, and women, varying skill levels, child care at many classes, no one is turned away. Have seen people's lives change in so many positive ways: weight loss, toned bodies, strength, but also improved contentment of mind, sincere caring for others, spiritual growth, and connection with what really matters. Hope to meet you there.

Experiencia fantástica: Possibly one of the best gyms I have stepped foot in. You start out with a bible verse. Brilliant. Great way to start the day. Then you dive into a great workout that will get you sweating. Everyone is very welcoming from the very beginning to your way out the door. The coaches really know their material and walk around to make sure to correct any formations of yours that may need to be corrected. That was important to me. I really appreciate every tip I can get to prefect my stances to help me gain a stronger workout. Everyone is extremely positive and no matter what level you are on is supportive in helping you meet your goals and finishing. The gym is very clean with new gear. Always a bonus. I have only been to this gym once, but will certainly be coming back again! I have to give them 5 thumbs up!
