Experiencia positiva: Great gym. Came here to workout a ton back when it was owned by Fit For You. This year I came back and the new ownership has made strong improvements to the gym! Happy to be back.

Experiencia positiva: An excellent, friendly, affordable fitness center. Centre Ice Fitness is a bit of a hidden gem, tucked back away from the main roads attached to the Centre Ice Skating Rink. The staff are friendly and helpful, the other members are also positive and friendly. Working out at Centre Ice Fitness is a pleasure. Not a five star due to no member access outside of building hours, sometimes i want to workout at odd times.

Experiencia fantástica: Red Wings have their camp here in the fall. If good enough for them, what are you waiting for? Lol.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely love this place! They have all of the free weights, machines, and cardio equipment you could ever need, but they also offer FREE classes like yoga, circuit training and a bunch of other awesome ones that can fit any ones workout style. They also offer the most reasonable prices out there! If you take advantage of the free classes there is really no better deal out there. And all of the class trainers are awesome!
