Experiencia fantástica: Such an amazing place to be. I’m so happy to be part of the APL Family. I made the decision to stop just going the the gym and really focusing on becoming a better athlete. Vinny along with the rest of the staff have been so supportive of my goals that after working hard for for the last 7 months I am now playing soccer at a collegiate level. Even my 11 year old son who also plays sports enjoys the training sessions with other young athletes. None have this would have been possible with out THE ALTALMONT PERFORMANCE LAB .
