Open Mat Academy

Experiencia fantástica: My son joined Open Mat a few months ago and absolutely loves it. The coaching staff is awesome and very supportive. We don't live in the area but choose to come here even though there are options that are closer to us. This academy is worth the drive and we are very thankful we've found this gem.

The people here truly take pride in what they do and make sure they are doing things right. I am truly happy to call the place home and the people here my second family!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been to a lot of martial arts schools and this one, hands-down, is the best school I have ever attended. This place is extremely family oriented and follows a strict code of conduct. They welcome people from all walks of life and treat everyone equally. They look out for each other and take good care of new students. My 5 yo Daughter hated martial arts until she tried the kids class here. I have to admit that my kid is a little lazy, but after trying the class here she realized you can have fun and work hard. I love this place and would recommend it to anyone, new or with experience. The only bad thing about this place is the you’ll never want to leave once you come in.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome community! I first started training here just as a visitor. Ever since last March this has been my home gym. JR., Chris, Brandon and everyone involved have been working hard to bring quality instruction to this area and it shows since the gym has been expanding. If you love jiu jitsu this is a great place to come and learn.
