Experiencia fantástica: I started going to this gym about two-three months ago and I couldn’t be happier with my decision of joining. The staff and clientele are absolutely amazing in every way. I ended up creating a contract with the gym and completing out a mural project to help update the facility so not only have I been a gym client but now a working as a partner with creating their vision in the gym on the walls. And BOTH experiences have been well planned out, easy, and pleasurable. This gym is nothing but a second home and extended family opening their doors to anyone who wants to establish a healthy lifestyle and gain lifelong friends.

Experiencia fantástica: I quit my other two memberships (edge in Bristol and planet fitness in Torrington) to go here full time. They have a vast variety of new equipment and they have since joining refreshed the entire gym. The staff is beyond pleasant and knowledgeable. One visit I was there and I needed someone to spot me on the bench and the staff jumped right in and assisted and even gave me some pointers on how to enhance the work out. The clientele is motivating and extremely friendly. This is a family oriented gym driving it’s clients to a healthy lifestyle. Best decision I have ever made was joining this gym and I am happy to be part of the nautilus family.

Experiencia fantástica: Nautilus Plus is the REAL DEAL - the authentic, no B.S. gym you've been looking for. If you take your fitness seriously, and prefer to go to the gym to actually workout, this is the place for you. I recently moved to the area from out of state, and as a personal trainer myself, it was of the utmost importance to find a great gym for my own workouts. As soon as I walked into the facility, I knew I was in the right place. Coach and his staff are knowledgeable, personable, and refreshingly caring about their clients. Those same tenets of leadership have created a culture of mutual respect that trickles down to the clients, which is exactly what's needed to create a space that encourages and fosters growth and change. They've got tons of old school equipment which is great quality and well cared for, plenty of space so people are never on top of each other, and most importantly: everyone is here to work! You won't find people just hanging out, scrolling on their phones endlessly, leaving a mess behind, or just here to take selfies. Over the years I've been to a LOT of gyms, and none of them even come close. Wherever you're at in your fitness / wellness journey, whether you're just starting out and don't know where to begin, or you've been at it for years and know the ropes, you will be very well taken care of here. I honestly can't say enough about the facility and staff. If you're considering trying it out and are on the fence, I strongly urge you to stop in and see for yourself. You won't be disappointed.
