Experiencia fantástica: Joined a little over a year ago and it was the best decision I have made for my overall health! The coaches are great and assist with anything you need, including nutrition. ALL fitness levels are able to get a great workout in and the coaches will help you modify your workout day to day depending on what you're capable of!

Experiencia fantástica: Free State has been a wonderful experience. I have been to other gyms in the past and this one by far is the most caring of their clients. The coaches are knowledgeable and take an active approach to coaching, making sure to provide feedback to all athletes each class. It's a fun environment and very open and welcoming to all people of any athletic ability.

Experiencia fantástica: Fun and welcoming community, amazing coaches. Workouts are for all fitness level and forms and that's why I kept showing up, day after day. Always ensuring good form is practiced. Every coach you interact with is very supportive. Regulars are super fun people!

Experiencia fantástica: I am no where near of being in CrossFit shape. My husband took a class before I did and instead I join him for one. It was the best decision I have ever made!! Everyone is so supportive!! They don’t push you right into doing what everyone else does!! For once in my life I am excited to work out.
