Experiencia fantástica: The heaviest dumbbells I used to use were 8 lbs. I hated pushups and ran constantly, but never saw results. After a year and a half at Lionheart, I’ve realized so much practical strength and endurance. I’m proud of myself and feel comfortable in my skin. Very friendly coaches and members, supportive and team oriented. Highly recommend. Adding to the above: Just completed a 30 day challenge here. Fun and motivational team pushed me through and I came out lighter than ever and feeling accomplished. Definently pushed me harder than I could ever do working out alone.
