Awesome staff, an incredibly helpful and caring owner, and fun gym goers to work out with in a small boutique setting. Keep it up Train Station! My motivation is at an all-time high right now and it's all because of you. I can't thank you enough!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I discovered this gym during the Pandemic, and let me tell you I was not disappointed! Now that things are open I continue to go because Juliana challenges and believes in us! And the group is so so fun, everyone pushes and cheers for one another. No matter the fitness level or size I have already seen sooo many transformations within the year I have been here. Train Station in Tinley truly is a fit family!!!

We motivate each other here and the trainers are great. I feel every workout for sure! It helps with stress, I look forward to coming here and I feel so much better when I leave.
