Experiencia positiva: Good looking gym in a very nice suburban area. Decent weight room . Training rooms feel small and crowded. Nice sauna in men's bathroom. Pretty expensive monthly fees.

Experiencia fantástica: This place literally changed my life… I won the womens fitness challenge that they offer and got a free 6 month membership. EVERYONE there is so sweet and encouraging. I have never experienced a gym like this before. It is a real community and everyone jumps at the chance to help the newer people and make them feel welcomed. Since there are classes everyday every hour it holds you accountable to go to the gym by a certain time and the structure helps you get the best workout possible, they also have equipment if you don’t want to take a class. I could go on and on, but if you want to start working out and are scared of the gym, elite MMA is the best, even if you are already in shape and just want to pick up a hobby like Mauy Thai, ju jitsu or boxing, I HIGHLY recommend this place

Experiencia fantástica: This is the ultimate in martial arts and fitness instruction in the Conejo Valley. They have all the different kinds of classes available and lots of different options for time.

Experiencia fantástica: I visited from Canada and was welcomed by friendly staff and met the legend bas rutten himself! Great facilities which include two FULL size training rooms and a caged area for private lessons, a pro shop with great quality t shirts /merchandise and of course bathrooms, showers and a Sauna room +water tanks for refilling your bottle. I'm definitely going to visit again when I'm back in California.
