Experiencia fantástica: Came from out of town (on a day pass with a member) while visiting family. Love the fact that they have a play area for parents to bring kids. Nothing like that where I live and a big reason why I can never get to the gym at home. Gym is clean, equipment in good condition, and has a friendly non-intimidating atmosphere. Will definitely come back next time I'm in town.

Experiencia fantástica: Always have fresh clean towels and washcloths/hand towels available! Cleanest gym and friendliness staff! Separate building for kids with a playground! You can yell if needed yet members are very considerate of others. Best gym in the southeast!????️‍♂️????

Experiencia fantástica: Club is clean, has everything you need, staff is friendly and has the coolest mascot, Cali of all time. You can tell that the owner takes pride in operating a great club.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been a member of a lot of gyms and have been to just about every gym in Tallahassee. This gym is by far one of the best equipped and maintain gyms I've ever been to. The equipment is always clean and I have seldom, if ever, seen a machine or piece of equipment that was out of order. The staff is very attentive and work hard to keep everything clean. My focus has always been weight lifting and you're not going to find a better equipped and maintained gym anywhere in this area. This gym makes up for its smaller size compared to the mega gyms with quality, availability, and customer service.
