Experiencia fantástica: I really enjoy the energy of uptown yoga at both of their locations. They have great instructors that get you moving in a positive way. Very welcoming environment. My favorite instructor is Alexandra at 5pm on Friday's in The Colony. She keeps an upbeat quicker paced class that is different and challenging while also being fun to participate in. It's a very cool yoga class.
