No matter what kind of day I have at work, he finds a way to motivate me to push through and complete the workouts. He finds a new way to challenge me with each workout and pushes to be exceed my own expectations. If you are looking to get in shape both physically and mentally then this is where you need to be!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Jovan without a doubt has been one of my favorite people to train with. He took on a group of FIVE females (yes, bless his heart)! And from day one has been completely hands on, not only with us as a group, but also one-on-one! He switches up workouts everyday to where you feel like you’re really targeting every part of your body! Not to mention, GREAT personality; funny, optimistic, & upbeat every time. Love the mix of all over training and boxing at the same time!
