Experiencia fantástica: I joined Fit 5:22 about two weeks ago and I can tell you guys I only wish I would have stated sooner. Carter, Kristen, and the other coaches are right there with you pushing you through your workout, keeping you focused, and most importantly correcting form. 1 trial class and I was hooked. I know at the end of each work day, I’m going to get to de-stress with a high intensity workout, leaving the gym and wobbling back to my car. These coaches are truly focused on our entire health and well being. They even coach me on my nutrition! I feel extremely blessed to be a part of the Fit 5:22 family! And when I say family, I truly mean it, they take you under their wings and give you everything you need to be successful in your fitness journey!

Experiencia fantástica: For 5:22 welcomed me with open arms! They have been very supportive and helpful in helping me reach my fitness goals. They do a great job focusing on my form so that so I am not injuring myself. They also encourage me to push myself. Highly recommend

Experiencia fantástica: This place is amazing! since i joined in march, i have lost over 25# and 2 pants sizes! but even more than that, i have gained so much confidence and knowledge about how to live healthier! they encourage you in and out of the gym to make lasting changes to help you live a longer healthier life! they don't aim for skinny people, but for real people. what ever 'healthy' looks like for you! they are always focusing on ensuring you are doing what is best for you, to ensure you are getting the most out of the workout!! you will not be disappointed by joining!
