BJJ, Muay Thai, CrossFit, weights, sauna… list goes on. When your done with your workout stop by FamFit for your amazing post workout nutrition. Hurt? They even have a physical therapist. Never seen or been part of a facility like this before. I’m glad I get to call this place home and honored to train here. Mike and Mindy make all feel welcome!

Experiencia fantástica: One of the best facilities I have seen in a long time, the amenities are second to none, if your enthusiastic about fitness and wellness they literally have everything you need under one roof! I have been doing circuit training for about 8 years and my drop in class there was one of the most informative and challenging classes I have experienced in a long time. The coaches were encouraging and paid special attention to everyone in class. The Owners Mike & Mindy were extremely nice and their positive energy is well represented within the gym! I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area looking for a home gym or if your just visiting from out of town for a drop in, trust me you will not be disappointed.
