Experiencia positiva: I tried one class here. I really don't consider myself an aggressive type, so I was a little iffy about it. I wasn't too excited for the part where we put on the boxing gloves, but I liked the conditioning part of the class. We jogged laps around the room, did core work, and we also did some situps by hanging on to the punching bags with our legs. The teacher was very nice and patient in explaining things. The other students were great too. The ones who were more seasoned were more than happy to lend a helping hand to the newbies as well as help to break down the concepts.m
