The saunas leave you feeling refreshed, detoxed and overall better. The virtual instructors have such a positive attitude and give tons a modifications and different teaching styles. I love this place!

I drive from Phoenix and I wouldn’t have it any other way!! The workouts are challenging and new videos come out, they have an awesome fx zone as well! Take a class and jump right in! It will be your favorite place to come too!

She was very thorough and definitely sold me on the value and the versatility of the HOTWORX experience. I am so excited to introduce my friends to this awesome new way of getting fit. It’s a very clean and brand new studio and it’s easy to get to and very centrally located in Tempe.
