Experiencia fantástica: Coach Tom is amazing. He’s a super friendly coach who holds you accountable and wants the best for you. He has been my coach for about 6 months as we are preparing for a show in the new year. I have seen great results with him and am excited to see how I continue to progress. I’ve really enjoyed his attention to detail on nutrition specifically, and he is always informative when I have questions. He is always quick to respond and always does what he says he is going to.

Experiencia fantástica: Highly, highly recommended. I’ve worked out for years but never got the results I wanted. After training with Tom, I’ve finally trimmed down and packed on muscle. Tom really knows what he’s talking about. Based on his advice, I changed my diet and exercise routine and also improved my form. I’m spending even less time in the gym now and getting better results. It’s been great! My only regret is not doing this sooner.
