Experiencia fantástica: I've been taking F45 classes for just about two years now and switched over to the TTL studio in October 2021. The coaches at this location are truly something else. They are constantly pushing me and challenging me in the best way possible to help me achieve my goals! The community that they have created here is fun, supportive, encouraging, motivating. While some classes can be hard, it never feels that way because the vibes are so good. 10 outta 10 would recommend to a friend!!

Experiencia fantástica: F45 is my favorite class style workout I have ever done. The coaches are friendly, energetic and super helpful. As a golfer I often had lower back and hip pain, after even just a month of consistent F45 training I feel much stronger and stable. The workouts are always changing, staying fresh and adding new challenging movements. I would recommend F45 to everyone who is interested in getting stronger, feeling better and joining a community that loves to work.

I’ve seen such a difference in my aerobic ability in just the month and a half of coming consistently. I never dread a workout and this gym is just what I’ve needed to be active and healthier.

Experiencia fantástica: I did a free class to see if it was really worth the hype and left with a membership. All the coaches are very knowledgeable and a good time. Try catching a class with Coach E, Karynn, or Rudy, as they always are high energy, funny, and make class all around enjoyable even when they are challenging you to push yourself. The workout movements can be regressed or progressed to accommodate anyone. The class sizes and having at least two coaches still makes the group class feel like a personal training session. Best decision to step out of my comfort zone and join F45!
