Experiencia fantástica: It's a fun environment with GREAT coaches. I've been to classes in the morning and afternoon and have loved both. They are well planned and the coach will walk you through the workouts no matter your skill level. No prior gym knowledge required. They assess your fitness, teach you the workouts and, when you're ready, put you in the classes. I LOVE it!

Experiencia fantástica: I recently started working out at D1 and I have been greatly pleased with my experience. Classes consist of Small groups. The coaches are experienced and challenge you. Each work out varies and the studio is spacious.

Experiencia fantástica: I really appreciate the program it’s very helpful for everyone of all age’s especially the kid’s. they love coming to the program and enjoying the intense work out ????????. The trainer’s are very excellent with the kids and my son have improved with his fundamentals drills within a 2 week time frame. Gotta say this is one of the best programs I’ve been to so far! And the facility is outstanding. I would recommend this program for your up coming athletes.

Experiencia fantástica: Our kids love D1 Training. The coaching staff motivates them to not only push hard and do better IN the facility, but to live a lifestyle that will benefit their abilities at home/school, etc. as well. After less than a month, both boys are clearly stronger, have greater endurance and flexibility, and have enjoyed every minute. Even after a hard workout the boys want to go back for more! The earlier bedtimes from being so tired are a perk too :-).

Experiencia fantástica: Joining D1 has been a great experience for my 3 athletes. We have participated in both group classes and personal training and have seen great results. Not only are my kids working hard and seeing gains, they are building relationships with amazing trainers that truly care about them, beyond the workout. I highly recommend D1.
