Fit & Functional - Midtown

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Fit & Functional for a couple months for training / rehabilitation needs. Sherman and staff are incredibly knowledgeable and attentive; they have perfected the balance between pushing their clients and remaining mindful of injuries. I look forward to all my sessions and the continued progress that I see!

Experiencia fantástica: I saw an orthopedic doctor and had an MRI for knee pain. The evaluation and results were inconclusive but the pain still existed. At the recommendation of a friend, I scheduled an appointment with Sherman. After my first stretch session I felt relief. He has given me exercises to do prior to participating in my sports activities and daily stretches. He listened and took the time to understand my pain and work with me towards a solution.

Experiencia fantástica: I joined Fit & Functional 4 months ago and have been extremely happy with my results. As an avid runner, I needed guidance to help me with my muscular imbalance and train all my non-running muscles. I started meeting with Sherman twice a week for 30-minute personal training sessions. Sherman continually pushes me to meet my goals and I have noticed a huge improvement in my running form and in my overall strength and balance. I have been to many gyms around Tallahassee over the years and the quality of training and support that I receive at Fit & Functional is the best.

Experiencia fantástica: 5 stars - I have been working with Jevan for about a month now and I have never enjoyed working out more. He is knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. More importantly, this gym focuses on safely reaching your goals, with an integrated stretching session with every training. Owner and office staff are also very friendly. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommend checking this place out.
