Experiencia fantástica: I've been going to BT for over a year now and I don't plan on leaving anytime soon! I love going and working out with the trainers and the community. The trainers really get to know you and make sure you are always pushing yourself and challenging your body. I've worked with all three trainers and they all are great and have their own vibe/style. Because I workout in the evening, I spend a lot of time training with the evening trainer Elijah - he is knowledgable and a hoot to workout with - I highly recommend BodyTrac - no matter who you end up working with you will love it! Plus all the members are honestly great people and encouraging. You won't regret walking in and you WILL get stronger!

You get personal training with the best trainers and I have gained some really awesome friends along the way! I have learned so much! It is small and personable and that is what I love about it!
