Experiencia fantástica: I was a BodyTrac member last year until I briefly moved out of town. One of the first things I did when I moved back to Tallahassee was sign up again! Alex is an excellent trainer, who really takes the time to personalize your workouts, give sound nutrition advice, and help you hit your goals. I have never been a member of a gym that has made me feel so welcome and motivated!

Experiencia fantástica: Bodytrac on Park Avenue had excellent trainers who pushed me to go harder when I didn't want to. They designed an eating plan for me and my goals. You also get connected to an online community that helps to support you and cheer you on. The only drawback are the limited hours the gym is open. I love the gym and the people!

Experiencia fantástica: I strongly recommend Larry as your trainer (although I've heard the other ones are good too). Larry adjusts my workouts every week to make sure I'm meeting my goals and, more importantly, he is a down- to-earth guy who creates a supportive atmosphere. The gym itself has everything you need (ellipticals for me!) and the classes are always small enough so you get individualized treatment. I was definitely reluctant at first, mostly because of the money, but there is no question it has been more than worth it!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent facility if you are looking/needing a personal trainer to help you improve strength and overall fitness. Staff are great and equipment is well maintained. I highly recommend to everyone.
