The staff/trainers are exceptional, very helpful and take an intrest in you no matter what level your at. Clean gym, great equipment nothing lacking here!! I'd definitely recommend them to my friends and family

Experiencia positiva: Absolutely love this gym! Never too crowded and the staff is kind. The only complaint I have is that the last few times I’ve been at my usual 6:30 time, the cleaning lady is there and she uses sooo much bleach! I smell it as soon as I walk through the door. The constant inhale of bleach while working out is not fun, and I’ve been having an irritated throat the last few times I’ve left. I appreciate her being thorough with cleaning but would appreciate if she used less bleach or cleaning products that are not as strong.

Experiencia fantástica: Great place to workout! 24 hour access, new machines free weights and custom setups like tires and pallet weights or my favorites the heavy rope pull, treadmill, and 55 lb punching bag. The staff and other gym members are all very nice and will help you or spot-you on free weights. They have an app that gives instructions on all the weights and machines. The app also allows you to study different solutions to individual issues or weak areas. Tell them Todd the Computer Dude sent you. :)
