Experiencia fantástica: I've been going to DF since they opened in 2012 and I can't say enough about this place. The staff is knowledgeable, the place is clean, the equipment is state of the art, and the environment is genuinely positive and welcoming. I've brought countless people on to this gym and everyone of them tells me it's the best gym they've ever been too.

Experiencia positiva: Great gym. I was a guest there once and the only reason I didn’t join was because the bathrooms weren’t very clean. Moldy black substance underneath the hand dryers, old urine stains on the toilet rim, and non swept floors (you could tell they aren’t swept or mopped). The drinking fountain also had dirty streaks in it.

Experiencia fantástica: I came here a couple of weeks ago with a friend to try it out and I loved it! I cancelled my planet fitness membership and switched over to this place. The owner is friendly and extremely generous, the gym is clean, and I love the size of it! It’s small enough that there aren’t a ton of people there and you can’t do your own thing without being stared down by anyone, but big enough to where they have many advanced machines and options for working out! I needed something a little more advanced for where I am at on my fitness journey, and this place is perfect for me. They are currently expanding and I can’t wait! I joined at just the right time!

Experiencia positiva: It's a nice place to work out. The owner does a nice job and it very cordial. Plus he's a training, There are other trainers available. Both female and males workout here.
