Experiencia fantástica: I dropped in on an aerial yoga class. And I am sore today ???? I used to go to a studio in Naperville, it was a beautiful place but smelly. Pilates plus smells so much better ???? we all sprayed down our slings before leaving and it makes a world of difference. Thank you so much for the good workout and you ladies are so sweet!

Experiencia fantástica: Great place, great instructors and classes

Experiencia fantástica: Started with pilates on the reformer and now doing Bungee Fit. I wasn't sure how Bungee Fit was going to go but decided to give it a try. It's a great work out and a lot of fun! Instructor explains all you need to know and is patient.

Experiencia positiva: I went to basic bungee. The instructor was great and the facilities are nice but the class was not for me. I would suggest starting with bungee fit. It's a bit expensive for me to go there weekly but it's a fun thing to do once and a while. Unfortunately that means I don't get enough practice with the routines.
