She respects and trusts Coach Troy and looks forward to every one on one session. It has become a part of her sports routine. He’s simply the best as he knows athletes, nutrition and the mental challenges.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely Amazing! I’m constantly recommending RA to friends and family! They have done so much for my son in the short time he’s been going there! He was so nervous the first day and worried about going 3 days a week but he literally counts down the hours! He has become so responsible knowing what days he goes and making sure all of his stuff is ready! The Coaches are not only teaching physical movements but mental attributes as well! So glad I found this little gym! Thank you guys for being amazing!

I was blown away by the atmosphere and passion that is visible the moment you walk through the door. The coaches and trainers there are heartfelt and highly knowledgeable about not only fitness, but nutrition and overall health. My experiences with both Coach Troy and Coach Dalton have been extremely positive.

Experiencia fantástica: Troy likes to get after stuff. He pushes people in a good way where you don’t hurt yourself. By the second time going there he already knows so much about your fitness and weightlifting. He is also amazing at dietary plans. Don’t pass up on Troy because he is leader and will get you where you want to be. D1 player? He can get you there. Lose some pounds? Easy work for him. He is also very good at recovery, so you’ll never be injured for too long.

Experiencia fantástica: Realize Athletics is the most complete facility I have ever utilized. Troy is so knowledgeable - not only on how to achieve a fit body outside- Troy has complete nutritional knowledge to achieve a fit and healthy body inside. Under his guidance I feel better now than at any point in my life. I am so grateful for Realize and how it has helped me get healthy.
