Experiencia fantástica: I have been consistently going to this gym since October 2021. I train 3 days a week with coach Kathleen and she is AMAZING. She has so much knowledge about not only the equipment in the gym but also about the body itself. She has worked diligently with me to teach me how to properly fuel my body and how to exercise to gain muscle which has been my biggest goal. I also love that she has a gentle but firm approach to coaching. Great for beginners! I’ve gained so much confidence in and out of the gym with her help! Also love that the gym is always clean and the members/staff are all very friendly and helpful!
