Experiencia fantástica: I’ve attended this place for well over 4 years and have no complaints. The coaching staff caters to all athletes and beginners while also providing an opportunity for personal training with a laid out plan dedicated for your success. As for the members, they are nice and will greet you with a smile at every turn whether or not they have any prior knowledge of who you are. Coach’s will care for your safety and provide assistance in the places they feel you require it while also teaching you the movements needed to succeed. I have hardly ever had a moment to complain and have had major success with the guidance to push me in the right direction. It is well worth the price as long as you’re willing to put in the effort.

Experiencia fantástica: Everytime I’m in town I come to CrossFit Fox Den. The gym is spotless, the coaches are full of knowledge safely guiding members through the correct movements. The community is very welcoming, which makes it feel like I’m right at home. If you are ever passing through i 10/10 recommend dropping in.

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend this gym. I have been doing CrossFit for about 6 years now and this is by far one of the best CrossFit gyms I have been to. The coaches are knowledgeable and everyone is very welcoming. I recent had a traumatic injury and had no desire to get back into the gym. The owner Nate Scott suggested I get back in when I’m allowed to even though I couldn’t do much at the time. He wrote specialized programming for me as well as assisted through the workouts and I’m at the point now where it’s almost like I’ve never had surgery. Nate knows his stuff when it come to scaling up, scaling down, recovering from injuries, etc. No matter what level of fitness you are this gym is the place to be.
