The results have been incredible! Jose knows how to get the most out of his clients and is highly motivating. Jose has always been very professional, a wealth of knowledge, and flexible with scheduling. The gym is also always immaculate, and very friendly. Would recommend to any skill set!

The results I’ve seen over the last several months are amazing, ladies boxing classes are also offered and intense, the small intimate classes are like having your own personal trainer. Highly recommend!!

I saw significant results in a very short time frame. Jose is a great teacher he is knowledgeable, motivational, and enthusiastic. The gym is immaculately clean and has flexible hours with options to train alone or in a group. Jose covers all your needs including equipment. I get a great workout while learning and having fun!
