I basically lost a whole person!!! Additionally, they helped me become a happier and more mindful person. Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to classes at ZT’s for almost a year now and have loved it! I have been to a variety of classes and can honestly say they are all awesome! The instructors are amazing, the workouts are challenging yet fun, the atmosphere is great and the members are truly wonderful. ZT’s provides such a positive and supportive environment that is perfect for anyone at any fitness level. I am so grateful for this studio and all it has to offer!!

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely LOVE ZT's Fitness Studio! They have a fantastic variety of group fitness classes that are always fun and challenging like Build & Define, Zumba, STRONG30, TABATA BOOTCAMP, Barre Above, Stretch & Flow etc.... The members are very friendly and the atmosphere is extremely welcoming and clean. I became a member in 2019 and loved it so much that I ended up becoming an instructor there! If you are looking to have some fun while working out, want to meet some amazing people and are ready for a challenge - definitely check it out! No matter what your goals are, Teri and team can help you achieve them!

Experiencia fantástica: First time at ZT fitness was pre-Covid and had a great class, so I could not wait to come back to a live class after last year, Once again, I loved the class, Teri has high energy, great music and super fun moves, people are super friendly and made me feel welcome. I’m so happy I get to take her class for the next two weeks!!
