I moved to Florida from Connecticut and it took me 9 months to find a place like this. I love the workouts and the coaches. I am always looking forward for a nice time.

Experiencia fantástica: I love F45! From day one Matt was friendly and helpful. Amanda is the head coach and is awesome. She has helped me with just about everything! F45 south Stuart hosts events for the members (which I have not been to yet but will soon). I love the super early morning classes but they have a great variety of times to fit just about anyones schedule. Also, everyone that I have met there so far is friendly- which is a plus when you go there multiples times a week! If you are unable to attend a class you are able to still retrieve workouts to do wherever you are once you are a member. Super worth it! Highly recommend this gym.

Experiencia fantástica: by far the BEST f45 gym i've ever been to, the coaches are absolutely amazing and push you to get the most out of your workout. they also are amazing at fostering a community outside of the gym which i find important. highly recommend this place!

Experiencia fantástica: F45 quickly became my favorite gym I have ever been apart of! I love the structure it provides because it takes the stress out of coming up with my own workouts after a long work day. The workouts are constantly changing but always challenging!! I love the community and would recommend it to anyone!!
