Experiencia fantástica: Did my first workout here yesterday and had such a great experience. The environment was fun and encouraging and the coaches were so helpful throughout the whole workout. I regularly exercise but if you are looking for that additional motivation that will push you harder than you can push yourself definitely give HEW a try!

Experiencia fantástica: I decided to try out HEW for the first time today and I will never be going back to a regular gym setting after getting coached by Lance and Stephanie! The class was upbeat, challenging, and the coaches make sure each movement is properly taught and pay close attention to each and every individual in the class! Their prices are unbeatable compared to any other gym I’ve been too. Will definitely be recommending this gym to friends and family.

Experiencia fantástica: Finally found my home gym after moving to the area last summer! I can’t say enough awesome things about this community. The coaches, the workouts, and my fellow HEWmans! The coaches truly care about accommodating every member where they are at in their physical journey. They always motivate and provide guidance. The members are encouraging and friendly. Experiencia fantástica: Great workouts and amazing coaches. They work with you at your level and really take the time to go through the movements to make sure that you are doing it correctly and safely. I feel like my well-being is their top priority. I'm moving back to St. Pete soon and I need someone to start a HEW over there!!

Experiencia fantástica: This HEW location reopened on January 31 under new management; I have been a faithful 05:30 AM attendee since then. The new owners are extremely friendly and have a genuine desire to help people stay active and healthy. They are also local residents! When you visit this gym, I guarantee you will find a fun and friendly atmosphere; from the coaches to its members. The workouts are tough at times, and having a positive environment makes those moments 100% more enjoyable. Unlike other gyms, all of the equipment is setup and ready when you walk in the door. Of course you need to pick your own weights; but that’s it! Just show up and workout. Give them a shot! You will not be disappointed.
