Experiencia fantástica: This place has been the best for my mental and physical health. The coaches are all very knowledge, experienced and patient. I couldn't recommend this place enough for anyone of any age regardless of skill level. I wish I would've started earlier. If you want to challenge yourself physically and mentally come see Kenny, Matt Mike and Tevin!

Experiencia fantástica: Full transparency - I am the boxing coach here. With that said, in my mind the thing I love most about our gym is that we are a value-driven community. Every person who joins gets treated like family. Martial arts and fitness training from an experienced coaching staff with decades of experience in different training styles feels like a BONUS to being part of a family with all of the awesome members that show up to our classes. I don’t coach the kids classes, but Kenny, Tevin, and our other instructors do an awesome job of not only teaching the kids, but having fun in a safe and supportive environment - the laughs and smiles on every kids face during any of those classes I’ve watched says it all.
