Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely the most welcoming and encouraging gym environment I’ve ever experienced. Berkshire Boxing Club offers everything you need to get fit and stay motivated and healthy. I’ve seen every level of experience and fitness accommodated for all offerings, including boxing, both in a group class and private instruction, strength and conditioning, and yoga/mobility work. As soon as I came in on day 1 I knew it was the start of something special in my life.

Experiencia fantástica: Berkshire Boxing Club is a boxing gym offering monthly memberships that include classes for all levels of boxers, both those who wish to spar and those who just want to build confidence and get a good workout. Private training is also available if you'd like to go further than the classes. The trainers are knowledgeable, accessible, and will get the best out of you without letting you hurt yourself. The vibe is great here - friendly, welcoming to everyone regardless of physical condition or experience, but still serious and competitive enough to keep you working hard without getting discouraged. The space is clean and well-lit and the equipment is new and taken care of. There's even child care available for certain class times! I started without ever having touched gloves before and after two months I'm totally hooked - this is a great gym.
