Experiencia positiva: They have a program called C.O.R.E Cancer Optimizing Recovery Endeavor. That shares hope in Lymphedema Recovery. A great group of people. A 4 due to communications between facilities and personal. But a 5☆rating for the possibilities and opportunities for those in need of Optimizing lifestyle skills to improve quality of life ???? ???? ????

Experiencia fantástica: I was actually really surprised, yeah at the water classes it's mostly older people but they are very supportive and friendly. The instructor is also very supportive and friendly, and will gently guide you if you need help. Locker rooms have been clean too.

Experiencia fantástica: The facility is clean and the pool is great for water movement classes. The women's locker room has everything you need after a swim including towels, soap and a blow dryer. I would recommend the facility to anyone trying to better their health without all the fuss of a chain gym. They give it a personal touch!
