Experiencia fantástica: Great gym and great people! The owner is very knowlegable and has been in the Crossfit arena forever. The members are welcoming and all encourage each other to do their best. This gym is perfect for a college student, a retiree, and everyone in between. Come try it out, your body will thank you.

The coaches are supportive and will push you to do the best you can. The fitness program may also be scaled for those of us who aren't able to do everything (yet). The other athletes are so supportive and encouraging. I highly recommend Crossfit Stillwater for anyone who wants to work out in a very positive atmosphere.
